Slow Roasted Salmon
This is my favorite way to cook salmon. It’s slow roasted, for even cooking. It doesn’t get the whitish crust that you may get with a faster method.
Make it your own with your favorite sauce, spice, or pasta… so many options here!

- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Top with cooling rack and spray with cooking spray.
- Lightly brush salmon with oil, and S & P both sides.
- Slow roast about 20 to 25 minutes until cooked throughout. Be careful not to overcook.
