Roasted Shrimp - Staple Recipe
You’ll use this recipe over and over, whenever you want to add shrimp to your dish. Add to pasta, salads, rice, gnocchi, or just on its own.

Ingredients
Seasonings (Optional, based on what you’re pairing
with, e.g. bay seasoning, garlic, Herbes de Provence.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Roast shrimp 6 – 8 minutes, until just starting to turn pink. There will be carry over cooking.
Chef's Notes
Look for peeled and deveined shrimp, it’ll save you a lot of prep time. If you do have a little extra time, get EZ peel shrimp. For EZ peel shrimp, roast a minute or so more with the peel on. Peel and make sure to use any juices in your recipe. You can use peels for stock, seafood or chicken stock.
