Montreal Steak Seasoning
Use this spicy seasoning as a seasoning for steak, reverse seared steak, potatoes, or whatever you desire!

Instructions
- Over medium heat in a small skillet, toast all except rosemary until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Add fresh rosemary and continue to toast another 2 minutes. Let cool for a couple of minutes.
- In batches, use a mortar and pestle to coarsely grind/blend together.
- Alternatively, put mixture is a resealable plastic bag and use a rolling pin to coarsely grind/blend together.
- Store in tightly sealed container.
