Fish & Spinach with Anchovy Green Sauce

A simple yet impressive dish for guests or a weeknight meal. Just enough spice! Choose a white fish of your choice or salmon. Enjoy!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. Saute onions until just tender, a minute or two.
  • Salt and pepper fish. Add to the pan and cook until just cooked through, 5 to 8 minutes or so depending on the type of fish you use, flipping halfway through. Set aside.
  • Cook spinach in stock per package directions.
  • Top spinach with up to ½ C Anchovy Green Sauce. Top with fish, more anchovy sauce, breadcrumbs, and lemon slices.
  • Reserve any extra Anchovy Green Sauce for serving, and for other uses.
