Easy Rosemary Roasted Potatoes
Can you ever get enough of potatoes? Not me! The work horse here is just the time in the oven, otherwise super simple and delicious! Serves 4.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Mix all in a large bowl. Transfer to baking dish or parchment lined sheet pan. Roast, stirring occasionally, about 1 ½ hours until golden and tender. Check last 30 minutes a couple times to make sure potatoes are not too brown.
- Garnish with fresh herbs to serve.
