Cajun Seasoning

Homemade Louisiana seasoning, to have on hand for when you’re craving some Louisiana flavor!

Ingredients

Smoked Paprika
3 ½ tbsp
Sweet Paprika
2 tbsp
Kosher Salt
2 tbsp
Onion Powder
2 tbsp
Garlic Powder
2 tbsp
Basil (Dried)
2 tbsp
Oregano*
2 tbsp
Thyme (Dried)
1 tbsp
Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp
Cayenne Pepper
1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Mix all together in a bowl.  Store in airtight container, use within 6 months.

Chef's Notes

Rub oregano in the palm of your hand before adding, to release some of its oils, i.e. flavor!
