Anchovy Green Sauce with Roasted Garlic

You’ll use this sauce for everything, from a sauce for fish and chicken, a sauce for spinach or your favorite greens, or as a dip for breadsticks!

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Slice the top of the garlic head (not the root end) just to expose the cloves.
  • Set garlic on foil, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt. Wrap in foil and bake about 45 minutes. Let cool until you can touch.
  • Squeeze garlic from the skins. Discard skins.
  • Put all except lemon juice in food processor and pulse until smooth.
  • Add in lemon juice a little at a time to your desired taste.
