Anchovy Green Sauce with Roasted Garlic
You’ll use this sauce for everything, from a sauce for fish and chicken, a sauce for spinach or your favorite greens, or as a dip for breadsticks!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the top of the garlic head (not the root end) just to expose the cloves.
- Set garlic on foil, drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and salt. Wrap in foil and bake about 45 minutes. Let cool until you can touch.
- Squeeze garlic from the skins. Discard skins.
- Put all except lemon juice in food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Add in lemon juice a little at a time to your desired taste.
