Classic Southern dessert, super simple and delicious!

Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix all until blended.
- Pour into well buttered 9” pie dish.
- Bake 15 minutes, reduce heat to 325 degrees.
- Bake another 35 to 40 minutes. Pie should not wiggle in the center.
- Cool about ten minutes.
- Cut with serrated pie server.
Chef's Notes
- Make this dish gluten free using gluten free flour.
- Make this with a crust if desired. Add batter to pie crust and bake per recipe instructions.

- Homemade whipped cream
- Homemade Crème Fraiche
