Rum Bourbon Balls

No longer just for the holidays…keep these on hand all year long for a sweet boozy treat.

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Mix wet ingredients.
  • Add dry, mixing in gradually, reserve 1/2 cup powdered sugar*.
  • Roll into bite sized balls.
  • Refrigerate an hour.
  • Roll into reserved powdered sugar to coat.
  • Keep stored in the refrigerator.
  • Yields up to four dozen, depending on size.

Chef's Notes

  • Can use all rum or all bourbon.
  • Can substitute toasted pecans for toasted walnuts.
