My Favorite Corn Pudding
Dare I say this is better than Grandma’s corn pudding…yes! Easy to make, melt in your mouth, it’ll be your favorite too!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In 3 ½ quart braiser melt butter and mascarpone over low heat until just melted.
- Add in remaining ingredients, except scallion garnish tops.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Let cool slightly.
- Garnish with scallion tops.
Chef's Notes
- Use sub cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese if Mascarpone cheese is not available.
