My Favorite Corn Pudding

Dare I say this is better than Grandma’s corn pudding…yes! Easy to make, melt in your mouth, it’ll be your favorite too!

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In 3 ½ quart braiser melt butter and mascarpone over low heat until just melted.
  • Add in remaining ingredients, except scallion garnish tops.
  • Bake for 1 hour.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Garnish with scallion tops.

Chef's Notes

  • Use sub cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese if Mascarpone cheese is not available.
