French 75 Sparkling Cocktail
We love this French 75 with Brandy instead of gin to further Frenchify it! This would be a great cocktail to serve at your holiday gatherings!

Ingredients
Per Serving
Ice Cubes (Or a few if you have a small size tray)
Brandy or Cognac
Simple Syrup(See recipe below)
Instructions
- Add ice to your shaker.
- Add all ingredients through 4 shots of champagne and stir 10-15 seconds.
- Strain ice out if desired.
- Top off with champagne as desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
Simple syrup
- Shake equal parts sugar and boiling water in a pint jar.
- Let sit on your counter until sugar is dissolved.
- Store in your refrigerator.
- Use within a week.
