Caramelized Onion Monkey Bread
Serves 4: Four Lodge Seasoned Cast Iron Mini Rectangular Servers, or for a bundt pan presentation, double recipe and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in small pan over medium heat. Add rosemary and stir 1 minute. Add garlic for another minute. Remove from heat. Brush cast iron servers or bundt pan with seasoned butter. Set aside remaining butter mixture.
- In saucepan, add oil over medium heat. Add onions and saute slowly 25 minutes or until they are golden, stirring gently occasionally. Set aside.
- Pull off golf ball sized balls of pizza dough, and flatten to ¼ “ thick. Tip with onion mixture and sprinkle with cheese. NOTE: don’t use all of the cheese here, as you want some to top.
- Wrap the dough around the mixture and pinch to seal. Add dough balls to your baking dish, brushing with rosemary butter as you go. Also, sprinkle remaining cheese as you go.
- Bake 20-25 minutes for ramekins, or longer if using bundt pan.
