Puff Pastry Sticks with Pecorino & Sun Dried Tomatoes
Who doesn’t love anything puff pastry? Cheesy, light, melt in your mouth!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- Unfold pastry and brush with olive oil.
- Mix anchovies with sun dried tomatoes. Spread onto pastry.
- Sprinkle cheese over pastry. Use offset spatula to lightly press topping into pastry.
- Cut pastry into thirds along the seams. Cut each strip into thirds, for nine strips.
- Twist each strip, 6 to 8 times, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake 10 minutes, flip and bake another 8 minutes. Cool on baking rack for a few minutes before serving.
