Ingredients

Paprika
1 tbsp
Cumin
1 tbsp
Chipotle Chili Powder (Sub Chili Powder)
1 tbsp
Chili Powder
1 tbsp
Kosher Salt
¼ tsp
Ground Black Pepper
¼ tsp
Dried Cilantro
1 tbsp

Instructions

  • Mix all, even better if you can mortar & pestle it!

Chef's Notes

  • Elote is Spanish for corn. This seasoning can be used for any cornbread or corn dish if you like a little spice.
